The Mysterious Deaths of Microbiologists & A Health Fascist Power Grab Scheme

They are alleged to have been murdered as part of a scheme to reduce the world's population by 4 billion people. DynCorp's former Chairman, current board member and the lead investor in Capricorn Holdings, is Herbert 'Pug' Winokur, until recently a board member of the Enron Corp (with high-level anti-smoking organizer Charles LeMaistre and his successor at MD Anderson, John Mendelsohn; and MSKCC benefactor Robert Belfer). Winokur also has other connections with the MSKCC crowd. Howard Hughes Medical Institute is said to have "a history of people connected to HHMI being murdered." Lasker Foundation director Purnell W. Choppin was HHMI's president from its beginnings in 1987 until the end of 1999.

"A Newsnight investigation raised the possibility that there was a secret CIA project to investigate methods of sending anthrax through the mail which went wildly out of control. [Or perhaps it was a deliberate plot to create political support for the Lasker Syndicate's Model Emergency Health Powers Act -cast] ..."Three weeks ago Dr. Barbara Rosenberg - an acknowledged authority on US bio-defense - claimed the FBI is dragging its feet because an arrest would be embarassing to the US authorities..." The suspect is "no loner. He's likely to have worked on a key government project in the past and to have a network of friends and colleagues he can rely on." The Model Emergency Health Powers Act

The Model Emergency Health Powers Act is a license for forced treatment, seizure of property, conscription, rationing, and suspension of civil law, under the pretext of an ill-defined "public health emergency." It was called for by the Lasker-controlled Institute of Medicine and their "Healthy People" puppets, and is funded by the Kellogg and Robert Wood Johnson Foundations, under the RWJ Turning Point - Public Health Statute Modernization National Collaborative, with grants to Larry Gostin (a member of the Lasker-Clinton Health Care Task Force) and James Hodge. Considering the backgrounds of its creators, a "public health emergncy" would include such menaces as secondhand smoke exposure, driving without seat belts, and kiddies riding their bikes without helmets. This is not a frivolous concern: those who are pushing the measure are presumably the ones who intend to use it - and we know what lying, totalitarian sewage they are.

The Association of American Physicians and Surgeons opposes the MEHP. They point out that "Its main author, Lawrence O. Gostin, was a member of Clinton's Task Force on Health Care Reform, whose secret documents were exposed to public view as a result of the AAPS lawsuit."

Lawrence O. Gostin's bio at Georgetown University Law Center, and curriculum vitae, including an extensive list of his published articles. Gostin has had a finger in numerous Lasker Syndicate pies, including the President's Task Force on National Health Care Reform (misnamed "HillaryCare"). He drafted the Model Emergency Health Powers Act, which in the original version is designed to permit the public health authorities to ignore civil rights under cover of ill-defined threats to public health. Various versions are being stealthily slipped through state legislatures nationwide. He has frequently collaborated with Allan M. Brandt, a professor of the history of medicine at Harvard University who is likewise servile to Lasker interests.

Gostin lauds the Progressive Era: He deplores America's interest in "high technology medicine and on the salience of individual rights and interests -- autonomy, privacy, liberty, and economic freedoms," and laments that "Somehow we have lost sight of the collective values of public health and the social contract. In the surge of interest in individual rights [?], we have forgotten the duty that each person owes, one to another, to ensure mutual health, safety, and security." And then he extolls the tobacco litigation -- founded in conspiracy, fraud, and racketeering by the anti-smokers! -- as "models for public health policy. There is perhaps no field that demonstrates the role of law as a tool for the public's health as well [as] tobacco control." Obviously his idea of the "social contract" is a contract on America. On the same page, a stooge heaps praises on Gostin's book, Public Health Law: Power, Duty, Restraint," for its advocacy of paternalism. (Health Law News 2001 Mar, vol 14, no 3.)

Gostin was a member of the 2000 Board on Health Promotion and Disease Prevention, which with the National Cancer Policy Board (chaired by former CTR SAB member Peter M. Howley) produced the report "State Programs Can Reduce Tobacco Use." It was reviewed by a panel of leading anti-smokers who are notable for their psychopathology, including Frank J. Chaloupka, Stanton A. Glantz, Thomas P. Houston, and Mathew Myers. Other members of the NCPB include John Seffrin of the American Cancer Society, and John Mendelsohn, of Enron and ImClone infamy.

A quote from an op-ed, "Free Speech Smokescreen," by Lawrence Gostin, Peter Arno, and Allan Brandt. (The Washington Post 1997 March 13, p. A23), displays the self-righteous, deluded, psychopathic mentality of the anti-smoker in full bloom: "The tobacco industry, even if it is despised by some segments of society [namely, its overprivileged scum -cast] clearly has the right to provide consumers with truthful information about its product, such as price and contents. The industry does not, however, have the First Amendment right to target children and adolescents with misleading and deceptive information about a product that is highly addictive and likely to cause serious illness and premature death. Considering that the informational value of tobacco advertising is so low and the health consequences so dire [sic, sic], the courts have compelling reasons to affirm the FDA's historical, social and legislative mission to protect the public health... [I]t is important to separate an honest attempt to provide the truth to consumers from a campaign of misleading claims and images directed at vulnerable groups and designed principally to gain commercial advantage."

As a matter of fact, there is only one side that has flagrantly and systematically engaged in a "campaign of misleading claims and images directed at vulnerable groups" -- the lying, cheating, stealing, bloodsucking anti-smokers. They are the ones who have corrupted science and suppressed research; concocted fraudulent, self-glorifying perversions of history; and spread the Big Lie that smoking is an economic burden in order to oppress and exploit smokers.

The Formulation of Health Policy by the Three Branches of Government. LO Gostin. In: Society's Choices: Social and Ethical Decision Making in Biomedicine. RE Bulger, EM Bobby, HV Fineberg, eds. National Academy Press 1995, pp 335-357. In Gostin's view, the three branches of government are laudable in proportion to the degree to which they respond only to the influence of the Lasker Syndicate, and not to outside influences including the people. But the overwhelming Lasker role is never acknowledged for what it is. "For example, substantial contributions from the pharmaceutical, tobacco, agricultural or automobile industries can strongly influence the legislators' judgments on policies affecting the public health and safety," and he similarly attacks the American Medical Association and the American Bar Association for their opposition to the Lasker agenda on health care reform without acknowledging that it might consist of something other than the interests of the public. "Organized medicine is concerned with limits on the doctor's income and freedom to practice; the organized bar is concerned about malpractice reform; the health insurance industry is concerned with its survival and the ability to continue traditional underwriting practices; consumers worry about the loss of the absolute right to choose their doctors; and the business community and taxpayers are concerned about the cost. The ability of Congress to rise above the strong competing interests and influences to provide a fair and effective [sic - Lasker-promoted] health care system remains in doubt."

This he contrasts with the excutive branch, which the Lasker Syndicate assiduously manipulates with their handpicked advisors as well as their stooges in the agencies: "The executive branch can be both objective and accountable... The executive branch, moreover, usually has many agencies concerned with health and social policy. Individuals who work in those agencies often are not connected with political parties and bring a wide body of knowledge and expertise to their fields. This creates enormous possibilities for impartial, accountable, and comprehensive assessments of health policy." Or so he characterizes the Lasker Syndicate's systematic use of fraud and deceit to further their social engineering agenda, while disenfranchising the people.

The future of the public's health, 2004

The future of the public's health: vision, values, and strategies. LO Gostin, JI Boufford, RM Martinez. Health Aff (Millwood) 2004 Jul-Aug;23(4):96-107. "This vision, much like its international counterpart, pits those advocating on behalf of an expansive public health philosophy grounded in fundamental socioeconomic and cultural transformation against critics in and outside of the public health community charging that such an ethos moves far beyond public health’s conventionally understood purview." [SIC. In fact, it's a war of cultural genocide waged by the global elites against the people, using their control of supposed health institutions to deliberately commit scientific fraud.] Claims that "The cost-effectiveness of prevention and health promotion efforts for an employer’s workforce and the value of corporate action to promote broader community health have been demonstrated," based on a 1996 paper of that infamous failure, managed care. "Recommendation 7: Public health agencies should create incentives for (and, if necessary, regulate) businesses to strengthen health promotion and disease and injury prevention for their employees and communities. Government should provide incentives through the tax code and conditional spending to encourage the private sector to engage in health-promoting activities. Monetary incentives can greatly affect corporate behavior. There is also a role for governmental regulation to ensure that businesses act responsibly. Thus, the state must strengthen regulations relating to occupational health and safety, sanitary food and living conditions, and the environment, among other areas." [Workplace health fascism.] "Recommendation 8: The media should increase the time devoted to public service announcements and contribute to a well-informed public on matters of health." [The media have engaged in a Nazi Germany-like campaign of lies, deceit and defamations for the last six decades!] "Recommendation 10: State and local governments should engage in land-use planning to encourage healthier lifestyles and habitats. Government has available numerous tools to make the physical environment more conducive to healthy living: economic incentives to encourage green spaces and recreational facilities; building and housing codes to reduce toxic exposures; zoning to increase availability of wholesome foods and products; and school requirements to serve healthy foods and promote exercise among students."[Tear down neighborhoods to destroy the peoples' social fabric; gigantic tax-funded handouts to the health fascists' cronies; war of cultural genocide by regulations, as in smoking bans.] "As the main proponent of population health in society, the public health community must call attention to the "upstream" causes of morbidity and premature death and must propose a broad range of social, economic, and behavioral tools needed to make populations healthier," citing J. Michael McGinnis, a charlatan who is guilty of the most flagrant scientific frauds who is treated like God by the so-called "public health community."

Conflict of interest dilemmas in biomedical research. MD Witt, LO Gostin. JAMA 1994 Feb 16;271(7):547-551. Written from the specious premise that the health establishment is a pristine institution in need of protection from the supposed corrupting influence of industrial interests, when in fact it is corrupt to the very core, due to its total control by the Lasker Syndicate, with its health fascist political agenda of blaming smoking and lifestyle and genes for diseases that are really caused by infection. For six decades, Congress has shoveled massive quantities of our tax dollars into the pockets of these criminals without any genuine attempt at oversight, then smiled their slimy politician smiles and called it "funding for health research." And if their media accomplices ever acknowledge the existence of the Lasker lobby, they mislabel them "philanthropists" - as if people who give our money to themselves and their friends for purposes contrary to the public interest are selfless benefactors to whom we're supposed to be grateful.
