debt of companies like Citigroup,
Bank of America, JPMorgan,
and General Motors. Major holders include MetLife, AIG's life insurance

there was a video "Banks Gone Wild," bondholders would be the cheering
crowd feeding the banks drinks and encouraging them to go further."

There have now been more than 50 studies, which collectively show
that human papillomaviruses cause over ten times more lung cancers than
the anti-smokers pretend are caused by secondhand smoke. Passive
smokers are more likely to have been exposed to this virus than
non-smoke-exposed non-smokers, so the anti-smokers are purposely using
defective studies that are based on nothing but lifestyle
questionnaires, in order to falsely blame passive smoking for all those
extra lung cancers which are actually caused by
HPV.
The anti-smokers are automatically guilty of scientific fraud for
ignoring those fifty eight studies. Furthermore, they have
systematically committed the same type of scientific fraud in every
disease they blame on smoking and passive smoking, as well as ignoring
other exonerating evidence. For example, since the anti-smoking
movement began,
the death rates from asthma have more than
doubled in every age group -
yet the criminals who blame passive smoking for asthma are never held
held accountable to the facts. No anti-smoker has EVER been held

for spewing lies and defamations against innocent people!
The anti-smokers have systematically committed this same type of
fraud with every disease they blame on smoking and passive smoking, and

nurtured, enouraged, rewarded, and most of all, FUNDED their

Smoking and Health at the Centers for Disease Control should be
abolished. The very premise of its existence, to wage a war of
cultural genocide against smokers on behalf of anti-smokers, is

society. The rest of the CDC, the National Cancer Institute, and the
National Institutes of Health should all be purged of perpetrators of
scientific fraud as well. And, the anti-smokers should be prosecuted
for conspiracy, fraud and racketeering

The Transition Team are the advisors who "begin implementing
signature policy
initiatives immediately after they are sworn in." They include William
V. Corr, executive director of the anti-smoking group Campaign for
Tobacco-Free Kids, as a Lead for the Department of Health and Human
Services Team. Corr was chief counsel and policy director from 1998 to
2000 for then-Senate Minority Leader Tom Daschle. He "joined the
anti-tobacco lobby in 2000, and among other things has lobbied Congress
to give the Food and Drug Administration, an HHS agency, the authority
to regulate tobacco. An Obama transition official said Mr. Corr, a
registered lobbyist until September, is recused from working on tobacco

released a spew of stock and anti-smoker lies and defamations, entitled
"Tobacco is costing Kansas." She spewed that "Each year nearly 3,900
Kansans die from tobacco-related diseases, including 290 deaths
attributed to secondhand smoke." It's all based on fraudulent studies
that ignore HPV in order to falsely blame tobacco. She spewed that
"Kansans spend almost $927 million each year in medical expenses
related to tobacco. Our state spends an estimated $196 million on
tobacco related Medicaid expenses. Kansas businesses lose an estimated
$863 million each year in lost productivity from workers due to tobacco
related illness." That Hitler Big Lie
is based on falsely pretending that costs paid by SMOKERS, namely their
lost wages, were paid by OTHERS - namely, the businesses that didn't

costs do not exist at all, when in fact, the extra costs of people with

Kathleen Sebelius is a longtime anti-smoker, dating from when she
was a State Representative from District 56. She voted several times

Office of Health Reform as deputy to Tom Daschle, Obama's original

them, "The first priority is to create a national focus on disease
prevention and health promotion. The U.S. health insurance system now

plans, insurers have little incentive to invest in keeping
enrollees healthy over time." This is the battle cry of the charlatans.
But their supposed "prevention" doesn't work. It's nothing but deluded

corrupt politicians with our tax money. Furthermore, insurers already
have an incentive to try to keep their enrollees healthy until they can
be dumped on Social Security and Medicare. "Coverage for preventive
serviceswould be carved out of private health insurance and financed
through a new nationwide preventive benefit." The health fascists want
to eliminate the disincentive for quack "prevention" by making it
compulsory, and buying off the insurers with tax-funded reimbursements.

disease management programs. Seventy five percent of total health care
dollars are spent on patients with one or more chronic conditions, such
as diabetes, heart disease and high blood pressure. Obama will require
that providers that participate in the new public plan, Medicare or the
Federal Employee Health Benefits Program (FEHBP) utilize proven disease
management programs. This will improve quality of care, give doctors
better information and lower costs." That means shoving health fascist
charlatanism down our throats, and it wouldn't lower costs. He also
boasts that he has "consistently supported funding for the national
institutes of health and the national science foundation," which
amounts to unquestioningly shoveling more money into their pockets

As solicitor general, Kagan signed the government's appeal to the
Supreme Court of the federal lawsuit against the tobacco companies. "In
asking the court to hear its appeal, the administration said the
industry's half-century of deception 'has cost the lives and damaged
the health of untold millions of Americans.'" The government wanted to
rob smokers of $280 billion in past profits plus $14 billion to fund
its hate campaign against smoking. The tobacco companies said that the
courts' decision to brand their statements about smoking as fraudulent
"unfairly denied them their First Amendment rights to engage in the
public-health debate about smoking." (High court turns down both sides

refused to attack the anti-smokers' scientific fraud of deliberately
using defective studies to falsely blame tobacco for diseases that are
really caused by infection at any time, including in this court case,

failed to identify a single act of scientific fraud or racketeering
supposedly perpetrated by the defendants.
In fact, for the last six decades, it is the United States goverment itself which has engaged in deliberate, systematic scientific fraud, to deceive the public about the dangers of smoking and secondhand smoke, to wrongfully deprive smokers of liberty, and to inflict extortionate taxes - at the direct instigation of the so-called public health groups involved in the case - the American Cancer Society, American Heart Association, American Lung Association, Americans for Nonsmokers' Rights, and Tobacco-Free Kids Action Fund, and with the collusion of the mass media.
Harvard University utilizes fakers and frauds to push its political
agenda of health fascism. Here, a "constitutional lawyer" with the
reasoning power of a kindergartener, and a fake economist who pulls
numbers out of his rear end, attempt to rationalize the
unconstitutional individual mandate.
They mischaracterize the issue by pretending that the only Constitutional concern of the Commerce Clause is whether or not buying insurance can be characterized as an "economic activity," and that if it is, then anything goes. Their specious and self-serving line is that 'buying insurance is an economic decision. Congress has the power under the Commerce Clause to regulate economic behavior. Therefore, Congress can force people to buy private health insurance.' This is like saying that 'making a donation to the Unitarian Church is an economic decision. Congress has the power under the Commerce Clause to regulate economic behavior. Therefore, Congress can force people to make a donation to the Unitarian Church.' This is exactly the kind of incompetent and infantile tripe that law schools are supposed to educate students to think above!
They viciously lie that "the uninsured consume more than $50 billion
in
uncompensated care, the costs of which are passed through health care
institutions to insured Americans." IN FACT, three quarters of the
costs of uncompensated care have been paid for by government programs,
which, unlike the individual mandate, are not unconstitutional. Nothing
prevented Congress from expanding those programs or creating similar
ones. Furthermore, even if all private funding for uncompensated care
were recouped from private insurance payments, this would still amount
to only 1.7% of private insurance premiums (Hadley et al, 2008).
Meanwhile, those with health insurance have inflicted a burden of $246
billion in lost federal tax revenues due to the exclusion of
employer-provided health insurance from taxable income. The cost of
making up for these lost revenues is distributed across everyone,
including the uninsured (Van de Water, 2009). They pretend that a
miscellaneous grab-bag of rationalizations about saving some people
from bankruptcy (from a single particular contributing cause, namely
medical bills) and empty promises of improving workplace productivity
are justifications to violate our Constitutional rights.
Continuing to evade the fact that several Consitutional means
existed to fund health care for people who can't afford it, they whine
about "adverse selection," and pretend that they are entitled to
sacrifice our inalienable rights in the name of the financial
well-being of the insurance companies! In fact, the real question that
should be asked is WHY DIDN'T THEY DO
IT RIGHT IN THE FIRST PLACE? And
the answer is clear: The health law's requirement that all
approved health plans must subject their victims to so-called
"wellness" programs, means tyranny over the details of our personal
lives, founded on the deliberate, systematic scientific fraud of
lifestyle querstionnaire studies that ignore the role of infection.
These are the corrupt methods of the Harvard School of Public Health
and its tools. Harvard is the mothership of the Unitarian Church, and
these fraudulent methods have been chosen to impose its puritan beliefs
on everyone else by disguising them as supposed "science." Due to the
socioeconomic fact that poorer people are more likely to have been
exposed to infection, they are guaranteed to "discover" plenty of bogus
"risk factors," and NO REAL ONES! This provides the oligarchy at
Harvard with pretexts to wage a war of cultural genocide, in the false
names
of "science" and with the power of the U.S. government.
And then these shysters and cheats, whose law has been cynically
crafted to usurp absolute control over all of our lives, have the gall
to simper that "To characterize the ACA as a law aimed at anything
other than individual economic conduct is to fundamentally miss the

the ACA as anything other than outrageous tyranny is to miss the point
of the legislation.
The Republican organ, The
Washington Times, is conditioning their audience to accept the
unconstitutional individual mandate, by deliberately misrepresenting
that the Democrats' prize rationalization for it, Wickard v. Filburn, permits it. The
propagandist left out the key fact that Filburn was a voluntary member
of a federal price stabilization program (and also revealed his true
agenda by gratuitously spouting health fascist lies about pretended
"unhealthy lifestyles" and health costs). He assures us that "The
Wickard v. Filburn case is not a constitutional aberration. It is part
of the foundation upon which modern interstate-commerce-clause
jurisprudence is based." This is intended to make opponents believe
that resistance is futile. (Kagan's cookbook: The joy of tyranny. By

example of how we're being betrayed on purpose by those who pretend to
be sympathetic.
In fact: "As a wheat grower, farmer Filburn was a willing,
participating member of that class, and could be barred from growing
more wheat than his allotment, regardless of how he planned to use it.
Unlike farmer Filburn, however, those who decide not to purchase health
insurance have not engaged in a commercial activity. Indeed, they have
chosen to abstain from engaging in economic activity. In passing the
Agricultural Adjustment Act of 1938, Congress only claimed the power to
regulate commercial farmers, like Roscoe Filburn, who engage in the
activity of growing wheat as part of an interstate market. The statute
even exempted small farms. Congress's current effort to compel all
Americans to buy health insurance, whether they want to or not, is
tantamount to the Agricultural Adjustment Act requiring each American,
rural and city dwellers alike, to grow a particular amount of wheat."

tyranny, and that if they pretend to share our concerns, we'll accept
them as friends, and they can manipulate us and make us swallow Big
