Title XXXI, "Affordable Health Choices For All Americans," "Assistance to States to Establish American Health Benefit Gateways," pages 57-58, "Rewarding Quality Through Market Based Incentives" is Orwellian doublespeak for a taxpayer subsidy to states for "the implementation of wellness and health promotion activities," which ALWAYS include anti-smoking and other fraud-based intrusions into our personal lives.

Page 103, it compels participation in insurance under the Orwellian rubric of "Individual Responsibility," which has heretofore been understood to mean, "paying one's bills for medical services rendered." In flagrant disregard of the facts that 1) the federal tax break for employer-based health insurance is America's costliest tax subsidy, and 2) that participants in these health plans enjoy enormous price discounts that were negotiated with providers while the uninsured pay many times these rates, the health insurance companies have systematically spread the Big Lie that THEY have been forced to subsidize the uninsured.

Title III, "Improving the Health of the American People" [SIC!], page 346, the "National Prevention, Health Promotion and Public Health Council" is to be composed of the heads of every government agency, regardless of their lack of expertise on health issues, to create a centralized monolithic power structure under der Fuhrer [Obama, who is nothing but an unprincipled puppet of The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation]. And this council of powerful incompetents, "after obtaining input from relevant stakeholders" [meaning, solely and exclusively from the corrupt charlatans who deliberately commit scientific fraud by using defective studies to falsely blame smoking and lifestyle], are to use their respective agencies to shove the charlatans' will down the peoples' throats; and "provide recommendations to the President and Congress concerning the most pressing health issues confronting the United States and changes in Federal policy to achieve national wellness, health promotion, and public health goals, including the reduction of tobacco use, sedentary behavior, and poor nutrition." They get a $10 billion annual slush fund for this.

Page 382, Subtitle C - "Creating Healthier Communities," includes "Community Transformation Grants" to shove health fascism down everyone's throats. Page 399, "Nutrition Labeling of Standard Menu Items at Chain Restaurants and of Articles of Food Sold From Vending Machines," is just another vehicle for these criminals to brainwash the public with their charlatan health ideology. This is a deluded government which lavished $625 million of our tax dollars on a the largest dietary intervention trial ever conducted, the Women’s Health Initiative, and then ignored the results because the trial showed no health benefits. Furthermore, during the 8-year course of this study, both the intervention and control groups experienced a 30% decline in major heart disease, for which their dogmatic beliefs about lifestyle can offer no explanation. Other studies show that this decline occurred across the entire U.S. population at the same time, and that it was as great among men as among women, and among smokers as among non-smokers. But the facts don't matter to these megalomaniacs. They and their media puppets just spew forth more propaganda to brainwash the public with lies!

A significant proportion of lung cancers blamed on active smoking are actually caused by HPV as well.
